Pick & Place Upgrade

The Crathern Machinery Group is pleased to offer an improved Pick and Place Feed System for the VS-3000 and CSV-3 Vision Spotters. This is part of an ongoing effort to provide our customers with simple, reliable, low maintenance equipment that is cost effective and easy to operate.

By replacing your existing system with the Pick and Place kit, including new guided cylinders, support braces and a heavier support bar, you will experience improved operating performance, less maintenance and decreased down time. We are confident that any VS-3000 or CSV-3 Vision Spotter systems will benefit from this upgrade.

The installation is straightforward and will take less than a day to implement. You can install it yourself, in conjunction with a qualified electrician, or contact our service department to arrange installation by our qualified personnel.

Advertised machine production speeds and product quality are based on materials selected by Crathern or actual production reported by our customers. The selection of materials used by each customer is their sole responsibility and will directly affect the product quality and output of the machine.
