| Crathern Machinery Systems are modular allowing you to add additional options as needed. We manufacture several laminating, casemaking, and boxmaking machinery products. When the basic module is combined with the modular options a Machine System is created. Our product line can be broken down into the following general categories: LAMINATING SYSTEMS Crathern Laminator Systems combine paper and substrate to produce laminated products such as point of purchase displays, cardboard packaging, ring binders/office files, sample books, game boards, jigsaw puzzles, and many other items. Laminator Systems are offered in manual and automatic feed. A specific line of Label Laminators is available for applying high quality, multicolor lithographic printed sheets or labels to corrugated board for added product packaging value. CASEMAKING SYSTEMS Our casemaking systems combine cover material and substrate to produce four sided edge wrapped products such as hard covers for: books, binders, photo albums and many other products. ROLL-FED MACHINES As part of the casemaking systems, our top of the line fully automatic WEBMATIC is expressly designed for productivity. The design employs a continuously moving web to achieve very high speeds. It applies covers and liners in one continuous operation to produce lever arch files, office files, ring binders, album covers, and more. BOXLINE MACHINES CMG boxmaking machinery produces high quality packaging for cosmetics, jewelry, toys, games, stationery, textiles, pharmaceuticals, retail gift boxes, and more. The Transparent Boxmaking Machinery produces clear plastic rigid boxes that display greeting cards, dry goods, textiles, cosmetics and candy - the ultimate in high product visibility. GLUERS AND GLUE TANKS The unique paper separation and feeding principles used for the Crathern Machinery Gluer models offer consistent feeding and gluing for the widest variety of materials. For complete control in the manufacturing process, Crathern offers systems for controlling the application of hot and cold glues, viscosity control, recirculation, and the provision for adding heat and water. PHOTO ALBUM PAGE MACHINE The MP-800 is a Magnetic Photo Album Page Machine for the production of photo album pages. Please refer to our sales team at our office near you for further information.
