Improved Transfer Rail Kit

Crathern Machinery Group is pleased to announce it’s first in a proposed series FB-1 "performance improvement kits". In effort to provide our customers with simpler, more reliable, and easier to operate equipment, we will continue to look for affordable ways to improve your existing equipment.
We are confident that you will find the installation of this improved Transfer Rail Kit on your model FB-1 or FB-2 will increase production and reduce scrap in the following ways:
1. Better swap of the substrate from the pickup cups to the transfer cups and from the transfer cups to the plunger cups. This results in:
- Less down time due to dropped substrate at these two swap points
- Improved registration as the delivery of the substrate to the stop bar is more accurate
2. Reduced maintenance costs because this kit utilizes steel V-grooved wheels riding on hardened track instead of plastic wheels on a mild steel rail. Also as the new tension wheel is spring loaded, it is self-adjusting so the unit will stay in adjustment for many years.
Conservatively, we expect that you will be able to increase your production by one piece per minute. Based on a fifty-minute, seven hour day, and five day week, you will realize 1750 finished pieces per week. Assuming your net profit is 10 cents per piece, this kit will pay for itself in about six weeks. We think that you will agree that this is an extremely good return on your investment.
