Webmatic Roll Fed Casemaking and Lining System

The fully automatic WEBMATIC applies covers and liners in one continuous operation to produce ring binders, office files, lever arch files, game boards, photo album covers, artist panels and more.

With make ready 45 minutes or less and production speeds of 100 pieces per minute, the WEBMATIC produces world class products at world class speeds for today's global marketplace.

Operators Needed:
Two operators plus two material handlers.

Product Construction:
BOARDS: One board, two board, and three or more boards prejoined.
Optional board slitter available.
COVER: Single cover, two part cover and three part cover with side webs in either "side over" or side under" construction.

Construction Materials:
BOARDS: From 1.3 mm to 4.6 mm thick; padded board up to 6.5 mm thick.
COVER and LINER MATERIAL: Paper, cloth, polypropylene, etc., in slit-to-width rolls.

Glue Capacity:
Two 55 liter hot animal glue tanks to supply glue for gluing cover and lining material. Both tanks have recirculating tank/viscosity control systems. One 5.4 kg capacity hot melt glue tank to supply glue for gluing three-part web.

Optional Equipment:
Quick Splice Unwind, Electronic Tucks, Counter Stacker, Substrate Slitter, Operator's Platforms, Corona Treaters, Cold Glue Application.
